Harrison Mungal, PhD, PsyD, MSW, RSW
Harrison Sharma Mungal holds dual doctoral distinctions in Clinical Psychology and Philosophy in Social Work and brings over two decades of experience in the fields of mental health, addiction, and human behavior. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, families, and organizations improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
Internationally recognized for his expertise in cognitive and evidence-based therapies, Mungal specializes in addressing challenges related to mental health, addiction, relationships, family dynamics, and personal resilience. His therapeutic approach combines scientific research with practical tools that empower clients to create meaningful and lasting change.
Mungal is also a highly respected speaker and workshop presenter, delivering engaging presentations at conferences, seminars, and professional training events around the world. Known for his ability to communicate complex topics with clarity, humor, and compassion, he speaks on issues related to mental health, addiction recovery, relationships, parenting, and leadership.
In addition to clinical practice, Mungal provides training and consultation to professionals across healthcare, social services, first responder organizations, and leadership teams. His work continues to contribute to innovative research and practical solutions addressing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
His clinical work incorporates evidence-based therapies including CBT, CPT, DBT, and ACT.

Kathleen Mungal, DSW
OFFICE MANAGER , ADMINISTRATOR
Kathleen Mungal is an author, wife, mother, and grandmother. She has been married to her husband, Harrison, since 1990, and together they have raised seven beautiful children and now enjoy the blessing of grandchildren. Kathleen carries the compassion of a mother’s heart and has faithfully served alongside her husband as a pastor’s wife and traveling speaker throughout their marriage.
Having raised six daughters, Kathleen has a deep passion for teaching on womanhood, identity, and family life, encouraging women to embrace their purpose while maintaining their sense of identity. She believes that one of her greatest strengths is leading by example.
Kathleen has been a guest speaker at schools, churches, workshops, seminars, and conferences, sharing practical and encouraging messages on womanhood, relationships, parenting, and family. She has also served as a keynote speaker at international women’s conferences in Paris, France; Lima, Peru; Santa Clara, Cuba; Split, Croatia; Canada; the United States; and other countries.
Kathleen has taught for over 12 years at Bible Colleges, instructing a variety of courses. She has also co-pastored alongside her husband in four different churches and served as a missionary in Croatia from 1994 to 1997.
She holds a Diploma as a Developmental Services Worker (DSW) and graduated with honours. Kathleen is an ordained minister and currently leads Age To Age Inc. while also supporting several charitable initiatives.
She is the author of the book Not Without Our Children.

Adrian Solano-Bernal, MACP, RP (Qualifying)
Adrian is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. He works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
Adrian’s approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s unique needs. He values building strong therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools and insights that can be applied in their daily lives.
He has experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those navigating migration, identity-related stressors, and complex life experiences. Adrian is committed to providing culturally responsive care and offers therapy in both English and Spanish to help make services more accessible.
Adrian has a particular interest in supporting clients with trauma and PTSD, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and self-esteem, and he works from a relational, strengths-based lens to help clients better understand patterns and build resilience.
In his work, Adrian balances compassionate listening with gentle guidance, helping clients move toward meaningful and lasting change at their own pace.

Arturo Buenaventura Guevara, MACP, RP (Qualifying)
Arturo Buenaventura is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. He is dedicated to supporting individuals through the complexities of mental health, addiction, and major life transitions, fostering a therapeutic environment grounded in safety, authenticity, and collaboration.
Arturo has worked within the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) on a flexible community treatment team and brings extensive experience supporting clients navigating severe mental health challenges and concurrent disorders. He believes that every individual possesses inherent resilience and the capacity for meaningful change when provided with the right tools and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Arturo specializes in evidence-based approaches, with a particular focus on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He integrates these modalities to help clients recognize their strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical, goal-oriented strategies for everyday life. His clinical approach balances compassionate listening with structured guidance, creating a therapeutic experience that is both supportive and effective.
Having navigated diverse professional and personal experiences, Arturo brings a culturally responsive and inclusive perspective to his practice. He is especially attentive to the unique stressors associated with high-pressure environments, as well as the complexities of identity, belonging, and personal growth. Arturo strives to provide a grounded and respectful space where clients can gain clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

Jessica-Ann Dozois, BSW, MSW, RSW
Jessica Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria, and a Master of Social Work from Dalhousie University. Jessica Ann has experience working with individuals impacted by trauma, long-term disability, and vocational rehabilitation needs.
Jessica Ann supports individuals navigating fertility-related concerns, including assisted reproduction and pregnancy loss. In the therapeutic process, clients may explore the emotional impacts of these experiences and identify coping strategies to help manage symptoms of anxiety, low mood, and uncertainty.
Jessica Ann’s approach is collaborative, client-centred, and trauma-informed. She draws on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based approaches, adapting interventions to align with each client’s goals, values, and readiness for change.
Jessica Ann aims to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change at their own pace.

Andrew Wong, MEd, RCT - C
Andrew is a Registered Counselling Therapist – Candidate who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Prince Edward Island and a Master of Education in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick. He has experience supporting individuals navigating self-esteem concerns, caregiver stress, recovery, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic illness and acquired brain injury.
Andrew brings a person-centred, relational approach to his work, grounded in the belief that meaningful change unfolds when clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and free from judgment. His prior experience as a rehabilitation therapist supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, alongside his own lived experience with post-concussion syndrome, informs a particular interest in the intersection of chronic illness, neurological health, and mental well-being.
He draws on evidence-based and integrative approaches, including humanistic and person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and emerging interests in somatic, Polyvagal-informed, and trauma-focused modalities such as EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Andrew adapts his approach to align with each client’s pace, goals, and readiness for change.

Petra van Weerdan MCC, MSc, RP
Petra brings over 20 years of counseling experience, with a fervent passion for mental health, strong marriages, and robust family life. As a seasoned public speaker on mental health topics, she has led individuals and groups, fostering emotional wellness in diverse settings.
Approaching people with warmth and empathy, Petra has developed a rich skill set and interpersonal qualities while working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. In 2016, she relocated with her husband and four children from the Netherlands to Canada, assuming a leadership role in their church. To continue her dedication to mental health in Canada, Petra pursued a Canadian degree in Counselling.
Petra holds an MSc in Developmental Psychology from the University of Groningen (Netherlands) and a Masters of Christian Counselling from Canada Christian College.

Ramez Roman, BHSc., M.Div. RP (Qualifying)
Ramez Roman is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a strong passion for supporting children, youth, and their families. With over five years of experience in this area, Ramez has developed a well-rounded skill set across multiple therapeutic modalities, allowing him to provide thoughtful, individualized, and effective care.
Ramez integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Through these approaches, he empowers children and youth to overcome challenges, build resilience, and reach their full potential. His work focuses on helping clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical, healthy coping strategies.
He has extensive experience working with children and youth with diverse and complex needs, including developmental conditions such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Ramez understands the unique challenges associated with these diagnoses and tailors his therapeutic approach to support growth, self-awareness, and overall well-being.

Jennica Campbell RTC
Jennica—a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who believes in the healing power of connection, empathy, and being truly seen and heard. Jennica has always been curious about people—why we feel the way we do, what shapes our choices, and how we grow through life’s ups and downs. That curiosity turned into a calling to support others with compassion, understanding, and care.
Jennica studied at the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. Jennica has been practicing as a counsellor for two years and now works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Jennica’s approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to each person. Jennica uses a mix of talk therapy, creative tools such as art-based methods, and evidence-based techniques like CBT and DBT to support emotional healing and personal growth.
Jennica’s goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore what is going on in their lives—whether dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck. Sessions are paced in a way that feels comfortable, working together toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.

She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, enhance emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change in daily life.
Foram brings a culturally responsive and inclusive perspective to her practice, with a special interest in supporting individuals navigating cultural identity, adjustment, and the emotional experiences associated with immigration and settlement. She recognizes the complexities of balancing multiple identities and adapting to new environments.
She integrates evidence-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed practices, while also incorporating person-centred and strengths-based techniques.

Suzanne supports those experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help build effective coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and foster meaningful, lasting change. She also incorporates the Prepare/Enrich assessment to support couples in enhancing communication, deepening emotional connection, and building stronger, healthier relationships.
Grounded in a person-centred and collaborative approach, Suzanne believes that each individual brings their own strengths, resilience, and story into the therapeutic space.
